MEMBERSHIP RULES

Duration of Commitment

This membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months before requesting cancellation.

Auto Payment on the 1st of Every Month

Memberships are paid and auto-charged on the 1st of every month. A working card on file is required for monthly charges. If payment is missed or refused, you will accrue a $10 late fee if it is still unpaid by the 5th of the month.

One Membership Service a Month

Members auto- receive one discounted service on their account monthly at 10% off. This service is added to your account on the 1st of every month, and you will have the entire month to use it.

Cross-Location Perks

Your membership benefits are valid at any Bare location.

Rollover Privilege

Any unused membership services will automatically roll over to the next month.

Membership Pause/Freeze Option

You may pause your membership for up to two months in every 12-month period, after fulfilling your initial 3-month commitment.

• During the freeze period, members may still use accrued visits but will not receive membership perks.
• All freeze requests must be submitted in writing via email to hi@barewaxingandlaser.com.

• Members receive a 10% discount on ANY Bare service (waxing, sugaring, or laser).

• Members receive a 10% discount on all retail products at Bare.

• Enjoy a complimentary brow wax during your birthday month.

Suspension for Non-Payment

In the event of a missed payment, the member’s access to discounted services and benefits will be suspended.

Auto-Cancel for Non-Payment

If your membership remains unpaid by the 25th of the month, it will be auto-canceled and any unused services accrued will be forfeited.

Flexible Cancellation

You may cancel your membership any time after completing your 3-month commitment by submitting your request in writing to hi@barewaxingandlaser.com or completing the Membership change Form 

• Requests must be received by the 25th of the month to cancel for the following month.

Cancellation Process

• Memberships do not expire unless canceled.
• Written cancellation is required (emails only).
• Verbal cancellations with Removal Specialists cannot be accepted.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, any unused membership services will be forfeited after the effective cancellation date. These services have no cash or credit value and cannot be redeemed toward other services.

Fees for No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Standard Bare policies apply. Members will be charged 50–100% of the service cost to the card on file for no-shows or late cancellations.

Negative Account Balance

Memberships will be suspended if the account carries a negative balance due to unpaid charges. Services resume once the balance is cleared.

Bare Membership Commitment

All Bare memberships are acquired and redeemed exclusively through Bare. Membership terms remain in effect regardless of service provider availability or scheduling limitations.

Non-Transferable

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. They may only be used by the member and only for the services covered within their membership.
