Duration of Commitment: This membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months before requesting cancellation.

Auto Payment on the 1st of every month: Memberships are paid and auto-charged on the 1st of every month. A card on file is required for monthly charges. If payment is missed you will accrue a $10 late charge if it is still unpaid by the 5th of the month.

One Membership Service a month: Members receive one discounted service on their account monthly, this service is added to your account on the 1st of every month and patients will have the entire month to use it.

Cross-Location Perks: Your membership benefits are valid at any Bare location.

Rollover Privilege: Any unused services will automatically roll over to the next month.

Membership Pause/Freeze Option: You can pause your membership for up to two months in every 12-month period, after fulfilling your initial 3-month commitment. The membership can be paused for a maximum of two months within any 12-month period. During the freeze period, members retain the right to utilize their accrued visits but are ineligible for membership perks. All freeze requests must be sent via email to hi@barewaxingandlaser.com.

Additional Service Discounts: Receive a 10% discount on all additional services within your membership category. For example, with a Waxing Membership, you get 10% off all waxing services

Product Discounts: Benefit from a 10% discount on all products at Bare.

Additional Membership Service: Bare will honor Membership pricing of your Intimate Service (of 15% off) for any additional times you receive your service in a month. If you need an extra Brazilian before a vacation: you may get that service at Membership pricing.

Buddy Benefit: Bring a buddy and they’ll receive a 10% discount on their visit (one offer per patient).

Birthday Treat: Enjoy a complimentary eyebrow wax during your birthday month.

Suspension for non-payment: In the event of a missed payment, the member’s access to discounted services and benefits will be suspended.

Auto-Cancel for non-payment: Payments are due and charged on the 1st of every month. Our system will attempt to charge the card on file. If your Membership is not paid by the 25th of the month, it will be auto-canceled and unused membership services accrued will be forfeited.

Flexible Cancellation: You have the option to cancel your membership any time after completing your 3-month commitment by submitting your request in writing to hi@barewaxingandlaser.com. Submissions must be received by the 25th of the month to be eligible for cancellation the following month.

Cancellation Process: There is no set expiration date for memberships. Members wishing to cancel must submit a cancellation in writing to hi@barewaxingandlaser.com, cancel requests must be submitted by the 25th of the month to cancel for the next month.

Verbal Cancellations to Removal Specialists: We cannot accept verbal cancellations through Removal Specialists, Bare needs written documentation of your request to cancel by sending us an email.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, any unused visits will be forfeited after the effective cancellation date. These vouchers have no cash or credit value and cannot be redeemed across services.

Buddy Discount Terms: The buddy discount can only be redeemed when the member and their ‘buddy’ are receiving services on the same day. One offer per buddy.

Fees for No-Shows and Late Cancellations: Standard no-show and late cancellation policies apply. Members will be charged 50%-100% of the service cost to the card on file for such incidents.

Negative Account Balance: Memberships will be suspended if the account incurs a negative balance due to unpaid charges. Services will resume once the account balance is settled.

Bare membership commitment: All Bare memberships are acquired and redeemed through Bare. Membership terms remain in effect regardless of service provider availability and schedule constraints.

Non transferable service: Your membership is only eligible for the service you are signed up for. The membership is non transferable or refundable to use towards other services.
